Product Returns
If you need to return any items please follow the instructions below carefully to avoid delays and disappointment

Communication.
PLEASE NOTE All returns communications must be in writing by email, this is to ensure we have record of your return request.

Please check admin@lloydsgardenfurniture.co.uk emails are not in your junk or spam folders

1. Goods Damaged in Transit
1.1 Please check all goods and packaging carefully for damage when they arrive.
1.2 If you notice damage to your goods when they are delivered please refuse delivery and notify us by email at admin@lloydsgardenfurniture.co.uk please include your full name and address the order ID if known, the date of purchase and the product name and we will arrange a replacement.
1.3 If the item is part of a set e.g. a chair from a dining set we will only replace the single item, the chair and NOT the full set.

2. Damage To Goods After Unpacking If you notice any damage after unpacking your goods please:
2.1 Photograph the damage, this will avoid any doubt and speed up the process.
2.2 Notify us by email at admin@lloydsgardenfurniture.co.uk please include your full name and address the order ID if known, the date of purchase and the product name.
2.3 Once we receive your notification of damaged goods we contact you to discuss the damage and arrange for collection and replacement of the damaged item.
2.4 If the item is part of a set e.g. a chair from a dining set we will only replace the single item, the chair and NOT the full set.

3. Returns For Cancelled Orders Before Delivery.
3.1 If you have cancelled your order before it was delivered but too late to stop the delivery, simply refuse the delivery and return it back to us.

4. Returns For Cancelled Orders After Delivery.
4.1 Please contact us in writing by email requesting a return, please include your full name and address the order ID if known, the date of purchase and the product name.
4.2 Once the return has been approved by us you can then return the items providing:
4.2.1 They are unused, in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
4.2.2 You must arrange the return at your own expense and must include insurance and by a method which requires proof of postage and receipt.
4.3 Once the goods have been received we will inspect all the goods for usage and damage. If all the goods are in a re-saleable condition we will refund you what you paid for the goods minus any delivery charges you may have paid.
4.4 If the goods are returned damaged we will charge you for any items which are un-saleable, or saleable at a lower price, had the item not been damaged. Any charge for damage will be taken from your refund. You may claim for that damage charge through your own courier or insurance if you had taken out delivery insurance when arranging the return.
