Delivery Information

Delivery Is Free Of Charge
All our quality Garden Furniture is delivered to you with our standard delivery service, free of charge to UK Mainland destinations. For delivery to Scotland or Ireland please request a delivery quote prior to ordering by contacting us.

Standard delivery is normally within 7 days of receipt of order and is often sooner. We will notify you of the delivery schedule as soon as the product is ready to be shipped. Special delivery requests i.e. certain days of the week can be added at the checkout.

Out Of Stock Items

All items are normally in stock but during busy periods an item may be out of stock. In the unlikely and rare event the item is out of stock, we will notify you right away and inform you of the expected delivery time. You will then have the choice of waiting for the product, selecting a different product or having a full refund. You will be kept fully informed on the progress of your order at all stages.

Transit Damage
When the courier delivers your item always check the boxes and packaging for DAMAGE BEFORE signing for the goods, THIS IS IMPORTANT.

If you can clearly see your item is damaged, (not just the packaging) please refuse delivery and notify us by email right away at admin@lloydsgardenfurniture.co.uk stating your full name, address, date of purchase and name of product purchased. We will organise a replacement.

Returns
If you have to return any items for any reason please follow the returns procedure carefully. Failure to follow the correct procedure may result in delays or even miss-laid and lost returns.
